This notice explains how information submitted through the Reqvanta pre-launch website is handled.

Information you provide

If you use the Register Interest form, the website may collect your name, organisation, work email, role and the message you choose to provide.

Why it is used

The information is used to understand your enquiry, respond to you and manage relevant pre-launch business communications.

Form processing

The website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms to receive form submissions. Information submitted through the form is processed through that hosting/form infrastructure and made available to Reqvanta for follow-up.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records or meet applicable obligations.

Cookies and tracking

This production build does not intentionally add non-essential analytics or advertising trackers.
